Grill cook — Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Marion County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
