Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety officer in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You will work in a chemical processing unit. You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions The role involves: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
