We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Enugu South, Enugu State. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards We offer ₦90,000 per month plus benefits.
