Lift erector — Beaufort County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift erector in Beaufort County, South Carolina. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways On a typical shift you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
