Now hiring: we are hiring an ironing operator in Washington County, Iowa. You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Your main tasks: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Give each garment a final press before packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
