You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well.
