Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane rigger in Marion County, Mississippi. Day to day you will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
