Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Washita County, Oklahoma. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
