Fabricator-welder wanted in Logan County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Logan County, Arkansas. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
