Steel erection rigger wanted in Wilson County

Join our team: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Wilson County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy construction site. The role involves set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads. You should have: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
