Immediate opening: gas commissioning technician (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Northumberland County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces The role involves: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation 3+ years on the tools preferred.
