Container truck driver • Wake County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a container truck driver in Wake County, North Carolina. You will work at a container freight yard. Day to day you will plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits. Requirements: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
