Gas installation technician • Winona County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Winona County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
