Aluminium door and window fabricator — Scott County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Scott County, Virginia. You will work on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish Requirements: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles 3+ years on the tools preferred.
