Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Redwood County, Minnesota. You will work in a coffee shop. The role involves raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
