Great opportunity: banquet server (Scotland)

Now hiring: we are hiring a banquet server in Dundee City, Scotland. You will be based in a café. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
