Join our team: we are hiring a hand presser in Gogebic County, Michigan. The role involves hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. Requirements: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
