Incoming goods inspector • Middlesex County, New Jersey

Immediate opening: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The job is at a food processing unit. On the job you will handle: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
