Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles 2+ years on the tools preferred.
