Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Randolph County, Arkansas. You will work at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
