Urgent requirement: dish pit attendant (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Scott County, Illinois. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
