Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Lee County, North Carolina. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. The role involves: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings You should have: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
