Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Gaines County, Texas. You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination You will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
