Access scaffolder • Portsmouth, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring an access scaffolder in Portsmouth, England. You will be based on a bridge maintenance job. You will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out. You should have: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Six days a week, one day off.
