Gang bricklayer — Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will work at a renovation and extension job. On the job you will handle: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
