Immediate opening: safety marshal (Nebraska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Sarpy County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Six days a week, one day off.
