Articulated lorry driver • Kemper County, Mississippi

Now hiring: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Kemper County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery What we are looking for: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
