Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar waiter in Wyoming County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
