Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Hoke County, North Carolina. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
