Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Medina County, Texas. The role involves: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Driving licence for travel between sites • Able to read isometric and site drawings Overtime paid at a premium rate.
