Immediate opening: industrial sewing operator (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Craig County, Virginia. You will work on an export house sewing floor. The role involves: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
