Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production operative in Hoke County, North Carolina. The job is at an injection moulding unit. The role involves key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
