Flat roof installer — Louisa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Louisa County, Iowa. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. The role involves: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing Requirements: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Full-time, day shift.
