Vacancy available: uPVC welding machine operator (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Osceola County, Michigan. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. On the job you will handle: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
