Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Allen County, Indiana. The job is in a food and dairy equipment factory. Your main tasks: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Full-time, day shift.
