Head butcher wanted in Clinton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Clinton County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders 5+ years on the tools preferred.
