HSE supervisor — Hertford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Hertford County, North Carolina. The job is at a manufacturing plant. The role involves update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
