Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Shelby County, Indiana. Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
