Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦165,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
