Rebar fixer wanted in Red River Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Red River Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a busy residential building site. Requirements: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations On the job you will handle: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
