You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
