Scaffold fitter wanted in Northwest Hills Planning Region

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Northwest Hills Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. Day to day you will fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
