Scullery hand — Potter County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Potter County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
