Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Alleghany County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests 5+ years on the tools preferred.
