Immediate opening: dish pit attendant (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Muskegon County, Michigan. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Part-time with flexible hours.
