Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Hancock County, West Virginia. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
