Urgent requirement: house painter (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a house painter in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. The job is at a property maintenance company. You should have: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding You will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover.
