Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Clay County, North Carolina. The job is at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Performance bonus on top of base pay.
