We are recruiting: steward (Federal Capital Territory)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Kwali, Federal Capital Territory. You will work at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
