Great opportunity: we are hiring a steam press operator in Renville County, Minnesota. The job is at a dry cleaner's. Day to day you will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
